According to scriptures four things one should never do

Stated in the Gita: योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् means whatever you do should be with complete efficiency, efficiently and beautifully. To do any work with perfection health heart and mind is required. Indeed, everyone know and understand this formula that if you have life then macrocosm but body’s health not only depends on eating but also meditation, thought, yoga, study, contemplation also gives energy to body. So in the scriptures sight of worldly for realization of pleasure lies the importance of physical exercise and courage. So if not only someone should stay away from laziness but also it is advise that should stay away from some physical actions that can be harmful for your body as well as dangerous for your body. According to Hindu scripture Shivpuraan it is taught that four things should not do which are finally proved to damage your body and health. These physical sins have been known deed or karm.

 

Eating not edible food- it is considered pure diet form your behavior and thought scared. So as far as possible should be vegetarian and eat fresh food and this is beneficial for health. In contrast eating contaminated and impure food is fatal for health and life.   

Usurp wealth of others: because of greed of wealth, lust, selfishness and malice grab money of others. Finally in any form loss of money is cause of deep sorrow and defamation. Even the born hostility because of it can be life threatening.

Violence of creatures: in scriptures nonviolence has been known foundation of happy life. This retains feeling of compassion, kindness and combines human beings to each other. From the perspective of science for a healthy life there is a significance of deep relation between nature and human being. To calm hunger killing animals creates imbalance and it can be cause of profound crisis. 

Involvement in waste task: laziness or failure and doing task that do not give pleasure of happiness are destroyer of time and energy. Because of that someone can face failure, disappointment and sorrow.
